Queen Elizabeth II Passes Away (8th September 2022)

Hello, my friends.

It is with great sadness that we heard the news this afternoon of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at the age of 96.

For over 70 years she served our nation with dignity, grace, and a quiet strength. Many people appreciated her strong Christian faith, which she spoke about openly on several occasions, especially in her Christmas messages.

She often pointed people to the Lord Jesus Christ as her source of hope and strength. In one of her messages she said:

“For me, the teachings of Christ and my own personal accountability before God provide a framework in which I try to lead my life.”

We thank God for her long life of service and pray for the Royal Family as they grieve. May the Lord comfort them and the whole nation at this time.

“Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints.” (Psalm 116:15)
