Open Letter to Nicola Sturgeon

Dear First Minister,

Sometimes I struggle to believe what is happening, that so many people have accepted every detail of a narrative built upon a foundation of lies. I also struggle to believe that anyone of good conscience could continue to stand in Parliament and implement policies that are not only unnecessary and unsubstantiated, but are causing real and ongoing harm to people’s lives, wellbeing, and to our country as a whole.

There is no pandemic right now.

A constantly changing story about a virus has dramatically altered how we live, how we interact with each other, and even how we care for our own families.

Healthy people are being treated as dangerous and confined to their homes. Positive tests on people who are not sick are being used to fuel fear and justify more restrictions. The idea of “asymptomatic transmission” has been one of the main building blocks of this narrative, yet clear evidence for it remains very weak.

When deaths fell, the focus shifted to “cases” to keep fear alive. You have even told people to imagine the virus is in the room with them, this is psychological manipulation.

While claiming lockdowns were to protect the vulnerable, many of the most vulnerable were left to die alone in care homes, separated from their families. This was a grave offence against human dignity.

You have been praised as a hero, but the truth is far different. The real pandemic has been the fear, the inconsistent rules, and the destruction caused by the policies themselves.

99.7% of people survive this virus. It is not the deadly plague it has been presented as.

Cancer kills around 450 people every day in the UK, far more than this virus  yet we do not hear daily briefings about it. Many more will die in the coming years because cancer screenings were cancelled during lockdown. This is not about health.

This is about control. It is about restructuring society, dividing families, closing churches, destroying businesses, and preparing people for measures many of us do not want or need.

2 + 2 does not equal 5.

You do not have the right or authority to divide families, close churches, ruin livelihoods, or psychologically torment a nation with fear and propaganda.

For the sake of the people of Scotland, please tell the truth and allow this nation to return to normality.
