I was planning to attend the prayer gathering at the SECC, but unfortunately I came down with Labyrinthitis on Friday and was bedbound for a few days. This is the first day I’ve been able to sit at the computer.

Even more exciting than my illness is that the Gospel is going to be preached clearly across the UK through the Franklin Graham Tour. I pray many people will hear the message, be convicted of sin, repent, and come to know Jesus as their personal Saviour.

I have some reservations about easy-decisionism at the altar calls and the broad ecumenical aspect, but I have met genuine Christians who came to the Lord through Billy Graham’s crusades. They have a real love for Jesus and a hunger for the Word of God.

Franklin is an evangelist, and, like Philip in Acts, he is gifted at sharing the Gospel with all kinds of people.

Planetshakers and Michael W. Smith will be leading worship, which should be powerful.
