Yes, we’re still around! We’re still waiting patiently on the Lord for our church plant.
I’ve tried contacting 1st Helensburgh Scout Hall at 13 John Street by phone and letter, but I haven’t heard back yet.
If anyone finds this page online and can help us with the hall, please get in touch. We’d be very grateful.
I’m not sure what’s happening now with the Friday coffee afternoons at the Kirkmichael Centre.
Park Church was doing a great job reaching out. My heart is that we would not only offer a cup of coffee, but also give people the living water of the Gospel.
As Jesus said, “Whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst” (John 4:14). A short word from the Bible or a testimony could make such a difference in that short time.
We’re praying for the right open door and the right time. There are many churches in Helensburgh, but our desire is simple: to teach the Bible clearly and preach the free grace of God in Jesus Christ.
Would you join us in prayer? Pray for the people of Helensburgh and all of Scotland. They need to hear the true Gospel. Pray that the Lord would raise up faithful men who will preach the Word without compromise.
We’re trusting God’s timing. He knows what He’s doing, and His grace is sufficient for every need. Let’s keep looking to Jesus.
God bless you
Peter
